After arranging what you would like us to take we will agree on a date for us to carry out the clearance. Most clearances will be completed in under a day and we can collect and return keys if required.

We can take almost everything. From carpets to greenhouses, we will leave nothing behind that you don't want. Unfortunately we can't take hazardous goods such as asbestos. We will discuss what's to go and what's to stay before the clearance begins.
This depends on the size of the clearance. A small job may take a couple of hours whilst a bigger job may take a full day or more. We aim to complete all clearances on the same day wherever possible.

It's completely up to you but you don't generally need to be present. Depending on the size of the clearance it could mean we will be there for a few hours or more. You are more than welcome to leave the job to us and we can call you once we're finished. Alternatively we are able to collect and return keys to the property.
Absolutely! We do our best to make sure reusable or recyclable items don't end up as landfill and we aim to find a new home for items wherever possible. If we can't find a new home for your items we make sure everything is properly recycled.
